Use this Skill when you make an Attack with a Weapon that does not have [Hack: -]. You get +[SL+1] to the Wound Rating.

Versus: <Cybertech>
You skillfully crack a cyberized Outfit and disable it.
Target an Outfit that does not have [Hack: -]. If your Result exceeds the Hack Rating, the outfit becomes [Damaged].
This skill cannot be used in a Combo with skills that attempt to inflict a Wound.

By linking yourself to a Tap with vast processing power, you accelerate your cyber prowess to new heights.
If your Tap has [Hack: 15] or higher, you get +[SL/2+1] to the result of <Cybertech> checks you make.

You're not just an ordinary Neuro, but a legend whose ability is incomparible.
You can only take this skill if you are Neuro Style Level 2 or above. You can acquire one extra Neuro Secret Skill. If you are Neuro Style Level 2, you can acquire a second extra Neuro Secret Skill.

Target: Area (P)

Difficulty: 10
Versus: None
As if wrapping them in silken threads as strong as steel, you dull the movements of your opponents' weapons.
Weapons that the Target has equipped with a Hack Rating of [13+(SLx3)] or lower gain -2 to any Hit Checks made with them during this Cut.
This Skill cannot be used in a Combo with any skill that attempts to inflict a Wound.

This skill has no effect on Wets.
